Additionally, the Tulpa effect doesn't work that way. Once something is created, it's created, and it can't be un-created. It could be possible to weaken it, or suggests ways of killing a Tulpa; however, we would need to do the extra leg work, as it were.
It's been tried and doesn't work. The tulpa effect is faulty logic. The world would be a much more interesting place if that were indeed the case.
